We specialize in providing student geared apartments. The owners are University of Windsor Alumina and strive in providing a hassle free rental experience.

 

We currently have two (2) apartments that we lease out.  The usual is a tweleve (12) month lease but we can do an eight (8) month lease - we will take the summer months and add/spread them over the 8 months.

Each apartment is two floors and access to private basement. The apartments are spacious, inviting and energy efficient with the three bedrooms/bathroom upstairs and the living/dining/kitchen on main floor and laundry/storage in basement.

 

Some of the features include basic shared high speed internet, full kitchen with fridge and stove, personal laundry facilities (in your private basement) and roomy living and dining room areas as well as access to a large backyard.

 

Every apartment has also has been structurally modified in order to provide a better learning environment. For instance we implemented all new plumbing, inspected re-wiring - with every bedroom on its own circuit -and internet/tv/phone jack per bedroom), new high efficiency furnaces, (air conditioners where supplied), all new/newer vinyl windows with screens and steel doors (front/back/basement) with dead bolts for security.
